Writing Life Poetry Workshop: Write What You’ve Always Wanted To Write with Esther Cohen

Join poet, teaching artist, and author Esther Cohen for a creative writing workshop - a conversation of thinking, talking, and creating. Participants will find ways into writing using memories and observations, and eventually will aim to create their own work as wild, tender, and complex as life.

Participation in the full set of sessions is recommended but not required.

Free for Library members; $15 for the set of three sessions for nonmembers. Members may register below; nonmembers may contact the events office at events@nysoclib.org.

Esther Cohen is a writer and poet in New York City. The author most recently of All of Us: Stories and Poems Along Route 17, she also teaches and is a cultural activist. Most days she posts a poem at esthercohen.com.
