Pleading Novels
The enchanting novels asked to be opened They asked to be shared, to be read and to have their thin, crisp pages flipped one by one read word for word enjoyed page by page.
The worth-crying-over novels didn't want to be skimmed or overlooked or judged by the cover and they didn't want all the work and care printed onto the pages to be cooped up between the title and blurb.
